    The paneer sizzlers are easy to prepare and mouthwatering in taste. A perfect starter or cocktail snack item.


    250 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
    2 onions
    2 carrots
    2 capsicums
    50 gms french beans
    1/2 cup chawli (cow pea / lobhia)
    1/2 cup soya chunks (nuggets)
    1 cup tomato ketchup
    2 tbsp chilli sauce
    1 tbsp ginger-garlic (adrak-lehsun) paste
    2 boiled potatoes
    2 bread slices
    2 tbsp soy sauce
    1 tbsp worcesterchire sauce
    1 cup curds (dahi)
    salt and pepper to taste
    4 tbsp butter and oil to cook


    Mash paneer,boiled potatoes
    soak bread in water and squeez out water
    add this to the paneer and potato mixture.
    Add half of ginger garlic paste and mix well.
    Keep chawli and nutri soaked for one hour and keep aside.
    Chop vegetables in big pieces and boil for two minutes in salted water along with chawli and nutri.
    Remove from water and keep warm.
    Heat 4 sizzler plates till very hot.
    Shape four cutlets from paneer mixture and fry crisp in a non stick pan.
    Put butter on a sizzler plate,arrange vegetables and paneer cutlets and pour the sauce and serve hot.
    Mix curd, all the sauces,ginger garlic paste,salt and pepper to taste and heat the mixture till thickens.
    Serve hot.
