    Ingredients

    for gattas-
    3/4 cup gram flour
    2tsp. oil
    1tsp. redchilli powder
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. oregano(ajwain)
    1/2 tsp. aniseed(saunf)
    1/2 cup cusd salt acc.2 taste
    for kadhi-
    2cups sour curd(beaten0
    1tsp. gram flour
    6-8 curry leaves
    1tsp.cumin seeds
    1/2 mustard seeds
    1/2 aniseeds(saunf)
    pinch of asafoetida
    1/4tsp. turmericpowder
    1tsp.red chilli powder
    2-3 dry red chillies
    1tsp. oil
    salt acc. 2 taste
    green coriander

    Directions

    mix all the ing. for gattas and knead into a firm dough (use water if req.)
    divide the dough into equl portion and roll into cylindrical shapes to get almost 4" long rolls .rub a little oil on your palms
    put 2 cups of water to the flame ,till it boils then add these rolls to it , leave it for 6-7 mins on medium flame
    drain out extra water and the gattas into small pieces
    for kadhi-
    beat curd,gram flour and 1/4 cup water together
    nw put oil 2 flame
    add all dry spices with little water for kadhi ,cook for 2 mins
    mix the beaten curd -gram flour mixtureto it ,stir it till it boils
    then leave for 5-7 mins at medium flame
    then add prepared gattasto it
    then again cook it for 5-6 mins
    garnish with fresh corriander
    serve hot with paranthas
