    Serve it with a cup of hot tea or eat as is. It’s fills your mouth with flavors and the juice from the sultanas (kishmish) makes it even more interesting.


    Serve 8. If u make mini than 15

    1/2 cup whole wheat flour
    1/2 cup plain flour
    1/2 tsp baking powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 cup sugar
    1 cup water or add more if required
    2/3 cup ghee, butter or oil
    1/2 cup pureed ripe bananas(2 bananas)
    Handful of Sultanas ( kishmish)


    Preheat oven to 200C. Grease the muffin tin. Mix dry ingredients together. Mix water, ghee and pour over dry ingredients. Beat until mixture is mixed. Pour into muffin tins until half way only, because once baked, the muffins rise. Reduce the heat to 180C and bake for about 20 minutes or until golden brown.
