    desi benarasi version of the paratha


    200 gm flour
    1 tsp cooking oil
    salt to taste
    2 tbs coconut powder
    10 gm posta
    100 gm butter
    10 gm carom seed

    For decoration:
    small amount of:
    coconut powder
    black cumin seed


    add oil,salt and water to the flour and mix well
    keep for 30 mins.
    roll the flour mixture in small balls and stuff it with coconut powder,posta,carom seed. roll it into flat chapatis and sprinkle small amount of coconut powder and black cumin seed and roll again.
    Roast in a tandoor for 2-3 minutes
    Add butter and serve hot.
