    it contains soybean four which is good for the heart.


    250 gm gram flour
    2 cup soybean flour
    1 1/2 cup ghee(clarified butter)
    1 1/2 cup grounded sugar
    5-6 grounded small cardamom
    1/2 cup diced cashew nuts and almonds


    heat ghee(clarified butter) in a fat base frying pan add gramflour and soybean flour and stir till golden brown. add all other ingredients in this mixture and miz well. when it cools down a bit then u can make ladoo's of this mixture of any shape you want. dont let the mixture cool down a lot because to make the shape stay you need it to be relatively hot.
