    A NIC FILLING ITEM FOR LUNCH


    Ingredients

    2cups grated paneer
    1/2 cup finely chopped onions
    1 tsp. green chilly(chopped)
    1/2 cup fresh coriander
    1/4 tsp. chilly powder
    salt , pepper acc.2 taste
    1 tablesp. oil
    1 table sp. butter(for greasing)
    FOR ROLL-
    2 cup plain flour ( maida)
    salt acc.2 taste
    2-3 pinch chilli flakes
    1 tsp. curd
    water as required



    Directions

     FOR ROLL- add all the ingredients and make a batter then make thin rotis of it .


    NOW FOR FILLING- heat the oil and crisp the onions then add green chilly then paneer ,then fresh coriander then all spices cook for 5-10 mins then put the mix on the roti and roll it and grease it with butter then bake it for 5 -7 mins at 200C. Serve hot with dips.
