    CAN BE USED IN MAKING DESSERTSAND IN CAKES


    Ingredients

    3/4 cup sugar
    2tb.sp. butter
    1/2 cup milk
    2-3 drops of lemon juice

    Directions

    Heat the pan add sugar to it and stir to caramalize it to get it fast add few drops of water to it which will help it to melt fast as it gets little brown add butter to it and to stop burning  it add lemon juice to it and stir it without leaving then, add milk as it starts getting brown in colour and stir it now grease the plate with butter and spread it and let it get cool then break in the pieces and use on ice creams or on any deserts. it is made of sugar so as it cools it make a form of solid cubes so u have to be quick..
