    This dish offers rich sources of protein, dietary fiber and carbohydrates if u use wheat based macaroni and more protein from the soya nuggets. This dish is easy to make and fully healthy.


    250 gms macaroni
    1/4 cup Soy nuggets(soaked in water and drained)
    2 Tomatoes, chopped
    1 Onion, sliced
    4 tbs Tomato ketchup
    1 tbs Chilli Sauce
    3 Garlic cloves, peeled and chopped
    1 Capsicum chopped
    Italian seasoning such as Basil, Oregano and mixed seasoning
    1/2 tsp Red chilli powder
    1 tsp oil
    2 tsp Butter
    Coriander leaves, chopped – for garnishing
    Salt to taste


    For every cup of macaroni, add 1 and 1/2 cups of water and boil it with salt and oil. Drain the water and keep aside.
    Heat the butter in a pan and sauté the onions, garlic, capsicum and tomatoes till they tender.
    Add chilly powder and salt to the above mixture and stir well.
    Add the pasta, soy nuggets. Cook for few minutes with the lid covered.
    Sprinkle some seasoning and cook for a minute.
    Pour in the tomato ketchup, chillii sauce and cook for a minute.
    Remove from heat and garnish with coriander leaves.

      I can't believe with soya chunks we can make such a nice dish.. i never like soya chunks but this looks tempting..
