    Baby potatoes tossed in a spicy mixture.. its a perfect spicy starter.


    1-cup baby potatoes,
    1-tbsp oil,
    Coriander leaves and cheese for garnish.

    Ingredients for paste:

    2-tbsp coriander-cumin seed powder,
    1-tbsp red chilli powder,
    8-9 cloves garlic,
    1-small piece ginger,
    Salt to taste.


    Blend all ingredientsl of paste in mixer until smooth paste.

    Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly, pierce them with a fork.

    Place the potatoes all around the circumference of the microwave dish. Place a glass of the water in the center of the dish to prevent the potatoes from getting wrinkled.

    Microwave on High for 5 to 6 minutes until the potatoes are soft.

    Heat the oil in a microwave bowl.

    Add the prepared paste and mix well. Microwave on high for 1 minute.

    Add cut potatoes and mix well.

    Microwave on high for 2-minutes.

    Garnish with coriander leaves and add grated cheese also. Serve hot baby potatoes.
