    •Onions,sliced 2 medium
    •Tomatoes,sliced 2 medium
    •Oil 2 tablespoons
    •Salt to taste
    •Red chilli powder 1/2 teaspoon
    •Garam masala powder 1/2 teaspoon
    •Sugar 2 teaspoons
    •Pure ghee 2 tablespoons


    Heat the oil in a pan, add the onions and sauté till translucent.

    Add the tomatoes, salt, red chilli powder, garam masala powder and sauté till masala is cooked.

    Add the sugar and sauté till tomatoes are completely cooked and pulpy. Divide the mixture into eight equal portions.

    Slit the pavs, stuff the onion-tomato mixture into the slits equally.

    Heat a tawa, place the prepared pavs on it, one to two at a time, drizzle a little ghee all around and roast till lightly browned and crisp.

    Serve hot
