    Mouth watering biscuits


    Ingredients

    Make 30pieces

    1 cup self raising flour
    1/3 cup custard powder
    80 gms butter softened
    1/3 cup caster sugar
    2 tbs milk
    1/2 tsp vanilla extract
    1/4 cup jam ( strawberry, raspberry)

    Directions

    Sift flour and custard powder together
    Beat butter and sugar together until creamy.
    Add milk and vanilla extract beat until combined.
    Add flour mixture and mix well to form a soft dough.
    Roll into balls and place into tray. Leave little space between biscuits for spreading.
    Using your thumb, make an indent in the top and fill with a little jam.
    Preheat oven at 180c for 10 mins.
    Bake for 15mins until golden.
