    Nice combination of spicies in potato.


    500 gms Baby potatoes, boiled and peeled
    1/4 tsp fenugreek seeds (methi dana)
    1/2 tsp mustard seeds
    1/2 tsp fennel seeds (saunf)
    4 dry red chillies
    2 tbs mustard oil
    1tsp cumin seeds
    1/2 tsp Onion seeds (kalonji)
    1/4 tsp Turmeric powder
    1tbs garlic paste
    1tbs ginger paste
    Salt to taste
    1/4 teaspoo black salt
    3 tsp lemon juice


    Grind fenugreek seeds, mustard seeds, fennel seeds and chillies make a coarse podwer. Heat mustard oil in a pan. Add cumin seeds, onion seeds and cook for a min Add garlic paste and ginger paste and little water and mix Add turmeric powder and potatoes and stir. Add the ground spices, salt, black salt and lemeon juice, mix well. Add 1/2 cup of water and cook till dry. Serve hot.
