    nice cheesy snack! Fast to cook, good to eat!!


    1 tin Cream style corn
    2 cups milk
    1 cup Maida
    1 Capsicum (finely chopped)
    1tbsp. parsley leaves & celery (finely chopped)
    1/4 cup yellow corn (boiled & chopped)
    1/4 cup cheese (grated)
    2 tsp. green chili paste
    juice of 1 lemon, Salt to taste
    Bread crumbs for rolling
    Oil for frying


    Heat milk and cream corn, put it to boil. then sprinkle maida over it and stir continuously till thick. Cool the mixture then add the remaining ingredients. Divide into equal parts to form balls. Roll into bread crumbs tightly and deep fry in hot oil.
