    The mouth watering chutney is simple, delicious and can be enjoyed with lovely scrumptous and famous Vada pav.


    7-8 lasoon flowers
    1/4 tspn tamarind pulp
    2 tbspn jaggery
    salt to taste
    1 cup dried and roasted coconut or fresh coconut scrapped
    1 tbspn red chilli powder ( or as per taste, on how hot you want it to be)


    scrape fresh coconut or take dry coconut , roast until golden brown
    mix all the ingredients and grind it together to make a lovely aromatic lasoon chutney.

    You could always alter the sweet jaggery taste bye reducing the quatity of jaggery.
