    Health and Quick Italian starter..


    Ingredients

    500gms Spinach
    100gms Fresh basil leaves, if availabe
    350gms Ricotta cheese ( panner)
    50gms Parmesan cheese
    3 tbs plain flour
    1 tsp nutmeg podwer
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    Salt and papper

    Directions

    Cook spinach in microwave for 3 mins. Add basil leaves for the last 30 sec. Drain the spinach and press out all the mositure. Mix all ingredients and make a soft dough. Put the mixture in the refrigretor for an hour. Make long cylinders and cut into 1inch lengths. Drop them into a large pan of boiling water. They are cooked as soon as they float to the top. Remove carefully with a spoon so that they do not break. Serve hot with hot tomato sauce.
