    Quick paratha for you to make with your left over dal..


    Dal 2 1/2 cup
    Whole wheat flour 2 cups
    Salt per taste
    Oil for frying


    Mix dal , flour and make the dough without adding any water ( add water little bit only or if needed) Keep it dough for 10 minutes. Now make a small ball out of the dough. Roll it into a circle shape Heat pan on medium & cook the paratha from both sides by using oil. Serve warm paratha with curd or any sabzi you like..
